Aloha friends,

I hope you all had as wonderful a Thanksgiving as I did. I spent mine at the beach, with my wife and a few close friends, and we were all just so grateful to be together and sit around the dinner table, making jokes and having lively conversations, enjoying each moment (and each plate of food) to its fullest. 

So many of our best memories become treasures only in hindsight, but what I love about a holiday like Thanksgiving is that it gives us an opportunity to treasure those moments as they happen. My cup was full this year. Full of gratitude (and, okay, maybe full of wine too — after all, toasts were made).

And at my Thanksgiving, there was no need for the so-called “cousin walk” as we openly passed a joint or two around the table, talking about all the things you’re not supposed to talk about at the dinner table — politics, religion, and the AI revolution.

Anyway, all this just to say… embrace these moments, love each other, and stay grateful. I know I will.
